Products

Moondog Soap Works makes handmade soap. Each bar is hand-cut and may vary in color, texture, stamp depth, edge shape, surface finish, and appearance. Product photos are representative and may not show the exact bar received.

External use

Moondog bars are for external use only. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Review ingredients before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Orders

An order is not accepted until payment is processed and the order is confirmed. Moondog Soap Works may cancel or refund an order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, shipping issue, suspected fraud, or other problem that prevents fulfillment.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary by carrier, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Because soap is a personal-use product, opened or used bars cannot be returned.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Moondog Soap Works may replace, refund, or issue store credit at its discretion.

Website content

Website content, product names, product descriptions, photos, graphics, and branding belong to Moondog Soap Works unless otherwise stated. Do not copy or reuse them without permission.

No resale modification

Products may not be relabeled, repackaged, diluted, altered, or resold with modified claims without written permission from Moondog Soap Works.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moondog Soap Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, product use, shipping delays, lost packages, or inability to use the products.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon.
