Shipping, returns, and how to get the most out of a bar. One person reads every message, so if your question isn't here, ask.
What does shipping cost?
Flat rate by order size: $6.95 for up to 3 bars, $8.95 for 4–7 bars, and $9.95 for bigger orders. Orders over $75 ship free, and any order with a full set (The Full Cycle or The Lunar Set) ships free no matter the total. A bundle counts as its bars.
When does my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days by USPS, with tracking. The tracking number lands in your email the moment the label prints.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 7 days and a free replacement goes out. Because soap is personal care, a used bar can't be returned or restocked — but if a bar just isn't working out for you, write anyway. One person reads every message, and we'll find a fair fix.
How long does one bar last?
About a month of daily use — one moon cycle, fittingly. Kept dry between uses, it lasts noticeably longer.
How do I make a bar last?
Let it drain and dry between uses. A dish with drainage — like the cedar dish that comes with the Lunar Set — can double a bar's life. Never leave it sitting in a puddle.
Unscented — does it smell like nothing?
We add no fragrance and no essential oils, ever. The bars aren't perfumed to smell like "nothing" either — they simply smell like what's in them: oats, honey, coffee, clean oil. The scent fades soon after rinsing.
