Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary by carrier, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, neighbors, and carrier tracking first.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact Moondog Soap Works within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and items when possible.

Moondog may replace, refund, or issue store credit for damaged, incorrect, or missing items at its discretion.

Returns

Because soap is a personal-use product, opened or used bars cannot be returned.

Unopened products may be considered for return or store credit case by case. Contact Moondog Soap Works before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Handmade variation

Each bar is handmade and hand-cut. Color, texture, stamp depth, edge shape, surface finish, and pattern may vary from batch to batch. Product photos are representative and may not match the exact bar received.

Weight

Net weight is measured for labeled packaging. Cold-process soap may continue to lose a small amount of water as it cures and ages.
